For CAL to work properly, we must use many servers. Below is a list of the servers we use:

Domain Controller 1: Windows Server 2003. Client computers authenticate through this server.
Domain Controller 2: Windows Server 2003. Backup server for DC1.
Exchange Server 1: Windows Server 2003. Mail server for CAL.
File Server 1: WIndows Server 2003. Each users documents are kept on this server. Don't worry, they are backed up.
LabVolt: Windows Server 2000. Runs your favorite computerized textbook.
Web Server 1: SuSE Linux 9.2. Apache Web server for CAL website.
Image/NIS/NFS Server 1: Red Hat Linux 9.0. Partimage, NIS, and NFS server. For more details about these services, check out the Linux page.
